{ Restaurant operator × AI builder }
I ran restaurants. Now I build AI for them.
Ten years running New York restaurants taught me what helps on a busy night and what just gets in the way. I build tools that help, and I train teams to use them.
Why me
- Operator: A decade in New York restaurants, most recently running a $10 million operation with a team of 70. I owned the P&L and I was the house POS guy.
- Builder: I code in Python and earned a machine learning certificate from Stanford Online. My projects, like ArchitectEvents and the Menu Description Generator, live on GitHub.
- Teacher: I launched an Introduction to AI course on Udemy. Before that came Toastmasters, where I founded three clubs and trained more than 60 members.
What I do
- Custom AI builds: Chatbots, assistants, and automations for small businesses.
- AI training: A self-paced introduction to AI on Udemy.
- Public Speaking: Team sessions on what's actually changing and how to start using it.
The short version
Restaurant people and tech people tend to talk past each other. I speak both languages.
I came up through restaurants, washing dishes at 15 and eventually running a $10 million restaurantOkay. . Then I taught myself to build the tools I always wished I had.
